Accuracy of content
We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on this website is accurate.  However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, colour accuracy to actual product, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this website or on any linked site.

No Refunds on Workshop cost

Once a booking is made and paid for with a workshop, no refunds will be given if a session is missed.

Cancellations
Orders that have begun processing are unable to be cancelled, even if they haven't been dispatched yet, so we ask that you take extra care when placing your order and be sure to double check that all products in your bag are correct before checking out. We begin processing your order as soon as possible once it has been placed, so although it may not be dispatched yet, it may have been packed. we also may not be able to respond to your request in time to cancel your order before dispatch, so please take extra care and ensure you've ordered all of the Heartsing products you are after before checking out.

Colour Accuracy

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a colour match of the colour of the artwork and the products as they appear on screen to the actual products in reality. Nor can goods be exchanged or refunded  based on different colour perception on screen versus actual colour. Please be aware that the colours on screen my vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
 

Use
The website is made available for your use on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. By using this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You agree that you will use this website in accordance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
